About me

My name is Carson Scheuerman, and I am a trained and certified interior designer. When designing a space, I aim to create not only a functional space, but a space that represents the people who will be living in it. My personal motto is, "Design the space for you, not the next resident."

I studied interior design and AutoCAD at New York Institute of Art and Design, graduating with a certificate of 270 hours of training. I am a certified Residential Interior Designer by the Residential Interior Design Qualification Council and am a member of the Designer Society of America.

My current portfolio includes my 3 part final project from my training program. I designed a small bedroom for 2 young girls, a large living room for an artsy, laid back family, and a medium sized dining room for a family with a flare for the dramatic. I am looking to start my career at a company that will help further my training and experience.
