Welcome to Restor8, where healthcare meets community. This vibrant space is designed using The Ohio State University's secondary colors that complement their primary color pallet, scarlet and gray. The space itself offers a seamless blend of general healthcare, mental wellness, and therapeutic arts. Specific colors and textures define each area, creating a soothing mental health space in contrast to energizing music and dance studios. Join us in a journey where the fusion of color and texture transforms healthcare into a holistic, artful experience.

As a frequent visitor to Restore8, I, Carol Grace, aged 68, rely on the convenience and thoughtful design cues to navigate the space effortlessly. The yoga flex space studio, with its adaptable layout and collapsible walls, caters perfectly to my physical activity needs. every aspect is accessible and intuitive, providing easy cues and contrast that help me remember where to go, especially considering the challenges of memory at my age. The curved walls and carpet flow not only guide me seamlessly but also contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal while minimizing any potential confusion. Restore8's commitment to universal design truly enhances my experience as a patient, allowing me to focus on my well-being without any barriers or obstacles.
Our interior space at OSU, named 'Restore8,' is a testament to our holistic approach to well-being, where minimal branding emphasizes the power of color and form to create a serene environment. The name 'Restore8' reflects both our comprehensive efforts and the symbolic significance of the eight sides that comprise the block 0. Within this space, custom music and wallpaper adorned in OSU's secondary palette merge seamlessly to evoke a therapeutic ambiance, aligning with our commitment to fostering relaxation and healing. Familiar Images of OSU campus can be seen in the therapeutic zone.
We designed mini guidebooks featuring the finishes used in our space. These guides offer guests an easier way to explore the environment while learning about the materials and design elements incorporated throughout.
