Workplace 3rd-Place Amenity Space

Mirrored Meadows reimagines Butler Square’s amenity space as a vibrant, adaptable oasis that supports diverse work styles and inspires creativity. Drawing inspiration from Minnesota’s prairie flowers and the building’s heavy timber architecture, the design features seven distinct “work zones” that balance functionality with meditative, restorative spaces. Winding paths and European garden-inspired flow encourage exploration, collaboration, and informal connections among tenants and visiting clients. Serving as a flexible third-place environment, Mirrored Meadows accommodates lounge areas, hoteling, conference rooms, and idea incubation, offering a differentiated amenity that meets evolving office trends while fostering productivity, creativity, and meaningful interactions.
