For this project, the task was to redesign part of the Old Creamette Factory in the North Loop of Minneapolis as a place for new executives of General Mills to stay during their training. The client wished for the condo to heavily reflect the nuances of the Art Nouveau era, as represented in the designs below.
For this project, the client was looking to remodel a storage garage into a functioning space to practice their hobby. In this case, the client was an avid collector of gourmet foods and beverages and opted for the space to be transformed into a place to gather their friends and family for social events and celebrations.
This project was focused solely on a kitchen remodel. The focus was mostly on researching and reflecting the design's standard requirements for a well-functioning residential kitchen.
This was the very first project that was hand-drafted during my Freshman year. The task was to represent as accurately as possible the place where we sleep. Below is a representation of my Freshman year dorm room.
