Portalis is a concept-driven craft cocktail bar inspired by the science of botanicals and herbal remedies. Rooted in the history of global trade routes and river commerce, the design blends themes of exploration, innovation, and sustainability. Drawing from early 20th-century apothecaries and the industrial character of historic mills, the space combines reclaimed wood, aged brass, vintage maps, and hydroponic plants to create a timeless, immersive environment.
A key feature is the Mixologist’s Garden, a dedicated space for herb-infused cocktail classes and tastings that highlights the journey of ingredients across cultures. Portalis offers signature cocktails and small plates inspired by global flavors, with a commitment to local and sustainable sourcing.
