Construction of new Starbucks structure on existing lot with the original building being demolished.

I worked on the construction documents and layout based on requirements from the client designers. This location is currently a Starbucks location but is to be demolished and replaced with a new store. Slight changes to the site layout have been proposed to provide safer interactions between pedestrians and vehicles.
