Located at Port Rashid, the Zuha Welcome Center serves as an architectural introduction to Zuha Island. Its design features curved walls and elements that reflect the island’s distinct architectural style, providing visitors with a cohesive preview of the island’s aesthetics.

The center is efficiently organized, with a streamlined check-in area designed for quick guest processing through well-arranged counters. The adjacent restaurant area features open layouts and high ceilings to create a sense of spaciousness, with finishes and fixtures that align with the island’s design standards.

The rooftop bar is designed to offer expansive sea views, utilizing extensive glazing, minimalist railings, and a terrace layout that ensures unobstructed views. The choice of materials throughout the center balances durability with aesthetic appeal.
