Located in Al Barari, Z Signature Villa features a series of separate pavilions arranged around a central pool courtyard. The villa includes a basement, ground floor, first floor, and a large rooftop, forming a unified design.

Each pavilion is designated for a particular purpose, all centering around the central courtyard with a prominent water feature. The ground and first floors combine private and shared spaces, the basement offers practical areas, and the rooftop provides sweeping views of the surroundings.
