Villa V is designed to create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Directional walls are strategically placed throughout the property to enhance visual and spatial links between the interior, the surrounding gardens, and the adjacent public park. These walls define key areas, including the main entrance, parking area, central axis leading to the park, and pathways guiding visitors through the park.

The ground and upper floors feature themed terraces that extend into the public park, creating a continuous promenade that leads to the rooftop. The terraces on the first floor and rooftop provide pathways with panoramic views, including a notable vantage point overlooking Burj Khalifa, contributing to the villa’s immersive experience.
