From the street, the villa presents a solid, unified appearance that ensures privacy. In contrast, the rear of the villa features a series of cascading and overlapping volumes that engage with the natural terrain, creating terraces, views, and green spaces. This design achieves a balance between privacy and a strong connection to the landscape, highlighting the villa's integration with its scenic surroundings.
