Altissima is an upscale residential complex in Al Barari, Dubai, featuring a series of carefully designed villas on distinct plots. The architecture is defined by a U-shaped pavilion layout on the ground floor, opening to a scenic backyard and housing public living areas, guest suites, and a circulation core. The first floor mirrors this arrangement with private pavilions above, featuring terraces and balconies. The second floor hosts an entertainment and office pavilion, utilizing the first-floor roofs as outdoor spaces.

The design promotes seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity through decking, water features, and open voids. A highlight is the Summer Garden, an indoor-outdoor transitional space enhanced by automated sliding louvers. Large glazed openings and green pockets throughout the villas integrate nature into the living environment, creating a harmonious blend of luxury and natural beauty.
