Hercules Ave - Home Rebuild
I have been working to redesign my current home in Jacksonville. This project would coincide with an ADU design for guests visiting from out of town. I wish to maintain the bungalow type of aesthetic to still fit into the neighborhood, while making sure the interior is thoughtful and modernized for my family's comfort. Also, with new construction systems, I aim to drastically increase the energy efficiency.
Olga St. - Plot Development
This project involves the design and execution of a new single-family home for a family of three. The site is located in a suburban neighborhood with a mix of single family and multifamily, and the goal of the project is to create a modern and sustainable home that is both functional and beautiful. The plot itself is minimal so the process has been challenging, but fun.
