The Talking Mule - Wine Bar
This project involves the design and execution of a high-end commercial unit. It is located in the Murray Hill locale, an up and coming "old to new" neighborhood of Jacksonville. The main street, Edgewood Ave, is experiencing an influx of young families from outside of Florida starting fresh. It is surrounded by suburban bungalows representing classic Jax.
My friend is an entrepreneur making her mark in our neighborhood. The site she found was initially an office building. I helped her with the conceptual design and initial plans to get her a conditional use permit. She is in process of actually getting her dream funded and built.
