Project details

These projects involve creative use of minimal square footage. I love the challenge of maximizing comfort with high constrictions, while also incentivizing wonderful exteriors and activity outside. The template for these early designs is the ADU I am in the process of designing on my own property. My home in Jacksonville, FL falls into a perfect testing ground for a micro-home/ guest house, and also future granny flat to keep an elderly parent or loved one close.

Results

I am happy with the practical design for my own property. That being said, the concept of micro homes and ADU's is still very intriguing, and I would like to push it out in the future. As for these designs, once budgeting is locked in, the build process will begin.
