Located in Madinaty, one of Egypt’s most established residential compounds, this approximately 700 m² private villa was designed for an elite client seeking refined and elegant living spaces. The residence overlooks the community’s golf course, offering expansive landscape views and a strong connection to the surrounding environment. While the architecture follows the contemporary language established by the compound’s development guidelines, the interior spaces introduce a classical design direction that reflects the client’s personal taste for timeless elegance and carefully curated materials.

The project involved the architectural design of the villa’s exterior within the compound’s development guidelines, as well as the complete interior design of the residence. The work included spatial planning, façade material selection, and the development of the entrance composition. Interior responsibilities covered concept development, furniture layout, and the detailed specification of finishing materials, including marble flooring patterns, lighting fixtures, custom cabinetry, and decorative elements. The project was delivered as a full turnkey design proposal, including the selection and specification of furniture, Murano glass lighting pieces, and interior accessories to create a cohesive and fully furnished residential environment.
The architectural composition balances contemporary massing with refined material articulation. The façade is clad in light travertine stone, creating a warm textured surface that integrates with the surrounding landscape and views toward the golf course. Window openings are framed with Nero Marquina marble surrounds, emphasizing the geometry of the elevations and creating a strong contrast with the lighter stone. The main entrance is highlighted with vertical wood inlays and sculptural elements that reinforce the sense of arrival, while layered façade volumes, recessed openings, and Art Deco–inspired metal railings introduce depth and rhythm.
Inside, the interior design follows a refined classical language expressed through symmetry and axial circulation. The entrance foyer features Crema Marfil marble flooring with Nero Marquina borders and a Honey Onyx inlay, establishing a strong visual axis toward the main living areas. Murano glass lighting, custom millwork, and brass accents enrich the spatial experience, while carefully selected furniture and layered textures create a balanced atmosphere between luxury, comfort, and timeless design.
