This private villa in Jubail Island was designed as a contemporary luxury residence inspired by Art Deco proportions and geometry. The project focuses on spatial hierarchy and visual connections between floors, where double-height volumes create a sense of openness and architectural drama. The entrance hall and the formal living and dining areas are organized around a central double-height space that visually connects the ground floor with the upper-level gallery. Large openings and terraces allow natural light to penetrate deep into the interior while maintaining strong geometric framing on the façade. The landscape design complements the architecture through integrated water features and sunken gardens, creating a calm and refined residential environment.

The scope of work included the architectural concept development, zoning and spatial planning, and exterior design in accordance with Jubail Island development guidelines. Multiple layout options were explored to optimize circulation, spatial hierarchy, and functionality before reaching the final approved scheme. The work also included façade studies, interior design direction, and coordination of spatial relationships between indoor and outdoor spaces. Particular attention was given to integrating landscape features, water elements, and double-height spaces to enhance the overall architectural experience.
The architectural concept emphasizes vertical spatial connections and elegant proportions. The double-height living and dining areas create a grand interior experience and visually link the social spaces with the circulation areas on the upper floor. Bedrooms are arranged around a central hallway overlooking the main living space, strengthening the relationship between private and shared areas. The façade expresses subtle Art Deco influences through geometric framing elements, vertical rhythms, and refined metal balcony details. Interior spaces reflect the same aesthetic language through curated materials and finishes that reinforce the project’s luxurious character.
