This project explores the design of a contemporary private villa in Abu Dhabi, developed in accordance with Aldar’s residential design guidelines. The proposal focuses on creating a well-balanced spatial layout that responds to modern family living while maintaining a clear architectural identity. The design process included the development of zoning strategies, circulation planning, and façade composition to ensure both functionality and aesthetic coherence. Several layout options were studied and refined throughout the design process to achieve an efficient spatial organization that meets the developer’s planning regulations, leading to a final scheme prepared for developer approval.
