In response to COVID-19 return-to-work challenges, I spearheaded the transformation of an underutilized corporate courtyard into a high-functioning 'Outdoor Oasis' designed for safe meetings and employee socialization. Serving as the primary bridge between leadership and the landscaping team, I project managed the transition from a decorative dead-space to a multi-zone exterior footprint. I navigated technical hurdles, including weather-proofing for technology and optimizing layouts for social distancing, while incorporating mid-project enhancements like custom pergolas and modular seating. The final result successfully reduced indoor density, provided a recruitment-grade amenity for the firm, and became the most-booked meeting space on campus.
