Parcel N4 is a multifamily residential project inherited from a previous architect with a fixed façade and overall design intent. During Design Development through Construction Documentation, I was responsible for resolving egress compliance, unit layout challenges, and complex garage coordination issues.
My role included coordinating structural columns, MEP systems, and architectural detailing, producing fire separation and material mock-up studies, and supporting permit-ready documentation to ensure constructability and code compliance.

Façade distance analysis informing fire ratings and allowable openings.
Full-scale façade mock-up coordinating materials and constructability.
In-unit and garage studies resolving head-height and routing conflicts.
Development of atypical door, fire barrier, and parapet conditions.
Identified and resolved a critical head-height conflict between storm piping, structural drop panels, and ADA-required van clearances.
Conducted a dimensional study accounting for slab thickness, pipe slopes, and structural depths to verify that garage layouts met both accessibility and structural requirements.
