Temple University's Landscape Architecture program puts a heavier emphasis on ecological restoration than most. Studio classes were typically paired with a related ecology class (i.e. wetlands, woodlands, urban ecology) which allowed for total immersion into a given ecosystem each semester. These building block studios culminated Capstone Design, where I blended a variety of passions into a post-industrial recreational and ecological haven along the Delaware River, pairing massive tidal wetland and upland restorations with a golf course, dry ski slope/hiking mound, and vast trail system.

During my time at Temple, I participated in several organizations and received several honors and awards.
ASLA and SER Chapter member and Director of Communications
PA-DE ASLA Honor Award
Peter G. Schlotterer Ecological Scholarship Award Winner
In addition to the above extra-curricular activities I also took part in several internships while pursuing my masters. These internships allowed for the real-world application of the graphic, site analysis, and design skills learned in graduate school, while simultaneously teaching lessons about the industry. These internship experiences included:
Spiezle Architecture Group
