Project details

The project involved the refurbishment of the facade of a building in Sardinia, Italy. The client aimed to enhance the external aesthetics, taking advantage of energy-efficient upgrades under the Superbonus program.

For the facade, the design sought to complement the existing structure while infusing it with a contemporary touch. This involved updating the exterior finishes, improving insulation, and giving the building a refreshed and modern look.

In the rear garden, the transformation included the installation of a pergola with an outdoor sink, creating a functional and stylish space for outdoor gatherings and cooking. The addition of a swimming pool further elevated the recreational possibilities of the area.

To complete the project, new outdoor furnishings were carefully selected to enhance the garden's usability and aesthetics, creating a harmonious outdoor living space.
