Project details

This residential project was designed as a luxury property for a client seeking both a primary residence and a strategic investment. The layout features large, independent rooms within a cohesive complex, ensuring privacy for guests while maintaining the functionality of a family home.

The building is oriented northwest to optimize views, with the central volume blending into the landscape at the eastern end and revealing itself at the western end. Made of stone, it merges with the environment, while a smaller white volume hovers above, providing access to the open plot and a private terrace.

I was responsible for the conceptual design, including 2D floor plans, technical drawings, and high-quality 3D renderings used in the marketing leaflet. My role encompassed both creative and technical aspects, ensuring the design was functional, visually appealing, and effectively communicated.
