This student housing development in Limassol was designed to provide modern, affordable studio apartments tailored to university students. The concept focused on creating a vibrant, colorful, and playful environment that was both practical and welcoming. Eco-friendly elements were integrated to ensure sustainability while maintaining a youthful atmosphere.

The development includes common areas such as a lobby, study area, playroom, gym, laundry facilities, and a terrace lounge for socializing. Each studio features an ensuite bathroom for privacy and convenience.

As the interior designer, I was involved in the conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases. I produced 2D drawings and 3D renderings used for marketing and ensured the design aligned with the vision while meeting practical needs for the residents.
