Project details

The vision for this project was to create a secluded, luxury seaside residential development of detached villas, offering privacy and tranquility. The development includes 9 villas integrated into the hillside, with limited construction to preserve the natural surroundings. Connected by paths and surrounded by forest, the area ensures privacy, shade, and protection from wind, while offering recreational spaces and scenic viewpoints.

Each home is uniquely designed, blending with nature, featuring private swimming pools, gardens, and stunning sea views.

I was responsible for developing the interior layout and conceptual design. From space planning to final vision, I created functional floor plans and high-quality 3D renderings to communicate the design concept. These visuals were used in the promotional leaflet to offer potential clients a clear understanding of the final design, showcasing my ability to deliver a complete design solution.
