Project details

Located on an aristocratic street near the old town of Limassol, Cyprus, 33 Makrygianni is a boutique development offering one, two, and three-bedroom apartments designed for an active inner-city lifestyle. The development blends the old and new elements of the area.

For this project, I was involved in several key phases of the design process. During the Schematic Design Phase, I produced 2D technical drawings that refined the design into detailed floor plans. In the Design Development Phase, I created 3D visualizations, which were used in client presentations and marketing materials such as leaflets and websites. Throughout the Construction Documentation Phase, I managed the research and selection of fixtures, coordinating deliveries to ensure their timely arrival on-site. During the Construction Administration Phase, I organized client meetings, conducted site inspections, and ensured that the work adhered to the technical drawings. I also performed final quality checks to ensure the project met high standards.
