Hartwood is a bold new master-planned community designed to reimagine luxury living in North Texas. Inspired by the charm of London, New York, Chicago, and the sophistication of Restoration Hardware, Hartwood blends 13+ distinct architectural styles across its residential offerings. With integrated retail, office, and wellness forward amenities, the community is grounded in timeless design and a modern, elevated lifestyle.

Hartwood will become what is known as the "Central Park of Texas," an expansive green space connected by walking trails, courtyards, small waterfalls, and curated outdoor living areas.

At Hartwood, I was deeply involved from concept to launch, playing a central role in operational setup and cross-functional coordination between development, design, construction, and property management. I supported early rezoning efforts for the community and participated in critical design and monitoring meetings to ensure alignment between vision and execution. My work bridged the gap between long-term planning and day-to-day operational strategy, guiding the seamless transition from blueprint to livable neighborhood. Every phase, from architectural intention to resident experience, was thoughtfully touched by my ability to balance detail, beauty, and operational excellence.
