As part of a Research class, I collaborated with a small team to create a comprehensive report on Courtside Kitchen, a pickleball-centered restaurant and entertainment venue. The project combined both qualitative and quantitative methods to explore strategies for attracting more Gen Z consumers.
My contributions included designing and conducting interviews, analyzing data, identifying key consumer insights, and creating the visual presentation and pitch deck. I also presented our findings and recommendations, which focused on marketing tactics, brand positioning, and experiential enhancements to engage younger audiences.
