Nestled within the energetic and scenic setting of Coppell, Texas, August Hills embodies a distinct rhythm of life, where urban convenience, nature, and bold design coalesce. Developed by Billingsley and proudly operated under The Billingsley Collection, the property is part of a larger mixed-use vision that brings walkable access to convenience retail, casual dining, and curated neighborhood services.

Details

My role in this project focused on shaping the early vision and overseeing critical elements of the development setup, including model unit design, architectural style curation, and marketing strategy. I led the coordination of design elements from construction readiness to final styling, including the selection and furnishing of the model unit. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I helped establish the operational playbook, reviewed floorplan layouts, and collaborated with the Art Director and marketing team to develop creative materials that reflect the brand’s refined yet eclectic aesthetic.
