DESIGN PLAN

This kitchen underwent a dramatic renovation, nearly doubling in size and completely transforming both its layout and functionality. The redesign resolves long-standing spatial challenges by introducing improved flow, expanded storage, and a more generous, highly functional island.

A walk-through butler’s pantry was incorporated to enhance day-to-day convenience, while the former screened-in porch was enclosed to create a new dining space that better connects to the rest of the home. A layered palette of colorful cabinetry, luxury appliances, warm gold fixtures, and distinctive accent tile brings the space to life, resulting in a modern interpretation of beachy-bohemian style—elevated, inviting, and designed with entertaining in mind.
