Where Relief & Delight Collides
An “Oasis” is a unique and isolated ecosystem in the middle of the desert that include a sense of relief and comfort which is the main goal of a residential area, where a “Floated” bridge is applied as a focal point for the project that ensures and embrace , the concept of oasis and achieves the main goal of “ improving the quality of life” for the residents.
Focused on the user’s experience by creating several unique scenes by designing the bridge and the different levels that also achieves the goal of the desired "diversity" within the place.

Floated Oasis has been nominated and showcased in the Architecture and Urban Planning scientific research seminar, honored as one of the best projects.
The “Oasis”
The interactive area was meticulously designed to embody the essence of the oasis, creating a multi-leveled environment that prioritizes the user's experience.
It serves various types of users and meets their needs. The area incorporated the presence of palm trees, adding a visual element and enhancing the sensory experience of users.
The strategic placement of activities created a dynamic and engaging environment by centering the high contribution area and placing kids and entertainment areas around it, incorporating more sunlight. Meanwhile, quieter activities were located farther away, with a higher percentage of shade.
Improving the Quality of Life
Views
The user's experience has been prioritized, with a focus on four key aspects: comfort, security, privacy, and connectivity.
These objectives are achieved by creating a high level of containment through the variation of levels, which allows for diverse and interesting angles of views.
This design approach enhances the sense of dynamism and create a sense of curiosity that entices users to explore on foot or bicycle.
By promoting pedestrian-friendly features and minimizing vehicular access, the project fosters a more sustainable and active lifestyle, reducing reliance on cars and promoting healthier modes of transportation.
Urban Design Elements
Every element within the interactive area was meticulously designed to serve its specific function while considering all the defined objectives. This attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the interactive area contributes to the desired objectives of comfort, security, privacy, and connectivity, providing users with a truly immersive and enjoyable environment.
