Concept Applications

The agate concept is seamlessly incorporated into the hotel's design, enhancing every aspect. The panoramic elevator and form transformations feature hollow voids and crystals, adding a touch of wonder to the interiors.

Patterns and agate banding adorn shading devices, flooring, and the building envelope, creating visually appealing elements. The outer shell of the building showcases the captivating beauty of agate. With its thoughtful implementation, the agate concept elevates the hotel's aesthetic, providing guests with a unique and visually enchanting experience.

Experience

The user's experience took precedence in the hotel's design, exemplified by the inclusion of a unique panoramic elevator that connects three public floors and terraces. Among the various experiences offered on the public floors, one standout feature is a geode agate museum affording guests a breathtaking view of the sea. This distinctive addition provides guests with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the beauty of agate specimens while enjoying the scenic coastal surroundings.

Sustainability

Inspired by the natural beauty of agate geodes, the hotel's design incorporates the concept of a naturally formed stone.

The building's form and layout are inspired by the organic and intricate patterns found within agate geodes, creating a unique and visually captivating architectural expression.

By integrating sustainable practices such as harnessing prevailing winds, creating shade, employing double glazing systems, utilizing natural wood shading devices, and incorporating natural stone veneer materials, the hotel not only embraces the aesthetics of nature but also demonstrates a commitment to environmental responsibility.

The resulting design creates a harmonious blend of sustainability, innovation, and natural inspiration, providing guests with a truly remarkable and eco-friendly hospitality experience.

Structure System

The core and outrigger system of the building design offers a significant column-free area and enhanced resistance to seismic forces. The core structure, primarily composed of shear walls, serves as the primary vertical circulation component, ensuring efficient and secure movement within the building.
