This renovation transformed a 1980s home into a modern, accessible residence. The design included an ADA-compliant bathroom and suite, a black-and-white modern classic kitchen, and a spa-like master bathroom . Space planning and circulation were optimized to balance accessibility, comfort, and style.

My contributions include client communication, conceptual development, space planning, ADA-compliant design, material and finish selection, Revit 3D model, elevation drawings, detail drawings, site inspection, and final design presentation.
