Project Details

Avenue Road was one of the first projects I worked on. As a junior designer, I worked alongside the lead designer on this project. Starting with CAD drawings of the condo for the partition plans & furniture plans. The client wanted to completely refresh upholstery, soft furnishings and textiles. The site is located in beautiful Forest Hill, Toronto, with a mix of traditional and modern homes and condos.

I assisted with every aspect of upholstery and textile selections through furnishing and styling, as well as client meetings and project coordination, invoicing and budget reviews. Below you will see CAD drawings, inspiration, and textile swatches.

What is displayed below are different textile memos that were presented to the client. I assisted with their selection as well as the presentation. Once the selections were made, I assisted with the implementation phase including ordering based on yardage and planning pick-up and deliveries for install, and everything in between. Included are a few shots of the space during installation and staging.
