Project details

This project encompasses the design and implementation of 15 villa projects, with a mix of 3BHK and 4BHK units in a 40:60 ratio. Situated in a suburban neighborhood that features a blend of modern and traditional homes, the goal is to create premium, energy-efficient residences that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The entire site and models were developed using Revit and ArchiCAD, with SketchUp and Enscape employed for rendering, complemented by Revit cloud rendering for enhanced visual presentations.

My contributions have been instrumental in shaping the project's vision and design. I oversaw every aspect, from architectural and concept design to Revit modeling, construction administration, and interior architecture. My responsibilities extended to furnishing, styling, and ensuring a cohesive and functional final product.

Results

The project is currently in progress. The design proposals, featuring a beach-facing layout, have been enthusiastically accepted by the client. Our innovative use of contour and level design has been highly praised. The client is very satisfied with the final design. We have now commenced earth excavation and construction, all within the calculated budget.
