This project consisted of working in teams of three to conduct research on a built project by a well-known architect. For this project we were looking at Kengo Kuma's Yusuhara Wooden Bridge Museum in Kochi-Prefecture, Japan.
Kengo Kuma has a very niche style of architecture in which he tries to preserve traditional Japanese architecture techniques such as "dougong" where members are connected without the use of nails or any sort of adhesive.
