Project details
This project involved the creation of a furniture schedule, specification binder, and a custom fireplace surround in a residential setting. The client requested a modern high-rise apartment furnished and finished with an Art Deco twist within the Kent building in New York City. The prompt included a given floor plan of the existing apartment and the client's desires for furniture and aesthetic feel.
