For Lidar Real Estate, we were entrusted with designing a 3,000 sqm temporary real estate showroom in Qassim, a space that would serve as both a sales hub and a welcoming destination for visitors. The layout incorporated meeting rooms, a spacious lobby, dedicated sales offices, and supporting spaces, all carefully planned to create a seamless visitor journey.
The result is a functional and visually compelling environment that reflects Lidar’s brand values, while meeting the practical requirements of a short term yet high impact project.

Our scope covered the complete design process , from developing the concept and studying spatial flow to selecting suitable materials and producing high-quality 3D visualizations. Given the temporary nature of the showroom, one of the main challenges was sourcing materials that could be assembled and dismantled without losing their quality or visual appeal.
