Venetian Cove Marina is a comprehensive waterfront redevelopment project in Leesburg, Florida, encompassing the new construction of a modern marina office building and the complete revitalization of the existing marina facilities.

As the Project Manager and Lead Designer, I lead the architectural design, cross-functional coordination, and technical standards for the construction document phase. Utilizing the Autodesk Construction Cloud, we streamlined collaboration, managed cloud-based workflows, and ensured rigorous quality control. Additionally, I closely collaborated with the City of Leesburg to spearhead the preparation and delivery of a comprehensive, municipal-grade public bid package.
