Project details

Placencia Resort & Marina is a 80 Arce project featuring acres of beaches, hotels, condos, restaurants, private residencies, commercial businesses, Equestrian center, recreation & Marina. The site is located off the shoreline of Placencia, Belize in an area that has wetlands and natural wildlife while adjacent to beautiful water. Making this a place for a nice getaway.

The project is broken down into two phases. My contributions have been instrumental in shaping the overall vision and design of the project. I oversaw every aspect of the design and creation of the Presentation. The idea behind the design was to create a Ying and Yang experience for the guests visiting allowing for one to feel as though you are walking through nature while experiencing the buildings and other site features around you.
