Nestled along the Placencia shoreline, the site harmoniously integrates beautiful coastal waters with sensitive wetlands and native wildlife, creating an exclusive and immersive getaway.

The project is structured across two distinct development phases. Serving a pivotal role in shaping the project’s overarching vision and architectural design.
