421 Hendricks Isle is a striking, contemporary waterfront duplex custom-designed for a family of real estate developers. Situated in Fort Lauderdale’s exclusive Las Olas neighborhood, the site sits adjacent to a diverse architectural fabric of traditional and modern luxury homes. The design bridges functionality with a sophisticated modern aesthetic, intentionally integrating successful design motifs from Kaizer Design Group’s previous townhome portfolios. The resulting architecture maximizes an abundance of natural light while preserving panoramic waterfront views throughout the living spaces.
As the Architectural Associate and Manager, I directed the project from inception through completion, leading the architectural design, multi-disciplinary coordination, project management, and construction administration phases.
