Project details

421 Hendricks Isle is a modern duplex design for a family of developers. The site is located near Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, FL along the water front next to some traditional and modern homes. The goal of the project was to create a modern architecture which was both functional and one which incorporated some design elements from previously designed townhomes by Kaizer Design Group that allowed for an abundance of natural light will also maintaining views of the water through out.

My contributions include the design, coordination, construction administration and project management of the project.
