1501 - 1515 Davie Blvd. is a dynamic, 16-unit townhome development thoughtfully designed to foster a vibrant, community-centric lifestyle. The architectural strategy utilizes a refined, highly functional three-story master plan replicated across the site. By strategically arranging these modern units, the site layout establishes a pedestrian-friendly "shared street" concepts that encourages organic social interaction and unifies the neighborhood. This cohesive framework seamlessly integrates premium shared amenities, including a central community pool and recreational spaces.

Serving as the Architectural Associate and Project Manager, I directed the project across its full lifecycle, leading the architectural design, multi-disciplinary coordination and project management.
