Project details

1501 - 1515 Davie Blvd. is a 16 townhouse project designed for a developer with the intent to provide community living. The design is derived from the reproduction of the same master plan of a three story unit. This unit is distributed through out the site in a way that provides a shared street allowing for a more cohesive community which shares a community pool and other amenities.

My contributions include the design, coordination, construction administration and project management of the project.
