Project details
This project is a three-story terrace house renovation proposal located at Westwood Crescent. The design aims to enhance both functionality and aesthetics while fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the homeowners.
The proposed design embraces a modern contemporary style with a warm and inviting ambiance, ensuring that the home feels both stylish and comfortable. Given the vertical division of living spaces across three floors, the design prioritizes reconnecting the family through warmth and hospitality.

The first floor is dedicated to social spaces, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, guest room. The living area features a double-volume ceiling, creating an open and airy ambiance. To enhance the sense of elegance and sophistication, a modern luxurious aesthetic was introduced, seamlessly integrating the dining area
The second floor serves as a private retreat for the homeowners, housing the master bedroom and family area. To enhance both storage and convenience, a walk-in closet was incorporated into the master bedroom.
The third floor is dedicated to the couple’s daughter and additional private spaces. The original two separate rooms were combined to create a spacious bedroom and study area, catering to both relaxation and productivity
