The architectural façade was reimagined with a modern minimalist approach, featuring clean lines, timber screening, and lush greenery to soften the overall composition. Natural ventilation and privacy were key considerations, achieved through the use of vertical timber louvres and integrated planter boxes.
For the interior, the design focuses on a warm, contemporary aesthetic. Natural materials such as light oak finishes, textured wall panels, and marble-inspired surfaces create a harmonious palette. Subtle lighting details, including recessed LED strips, highlight architectural elements and enhance the overall ambience. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is designed as the heart of the home, offering functionality while maintaining an inviting and elegant atmosphere.
