Office Expansion with Mezzanine Floor
Project details
This project involved the expansion of an existing office with a two storey building next to original building. The new office space is connected to existing building via second floor ensuring accessibility while maintaining distinct identity.
The design was to create a cohesive and functional space that aligns with existing company’s brand identity while introducing a fresh and modern aesthetic. Given the high ceilings, mezzanine floors were incorporated on both levels using a steel structure to optimize space utilization.

First Floor
Designed with an industrial modern theme, featuring black steel structure mezzanine, wood flooring with carpet tile overlay, and suspended lightings. First floor is the main working area while the mezzanine floor accommodates meeting rooms.
Second Floor
Reflecting the minimalist contemporary modern approach, this level is designed with clean line and predominantly white colour scheme. It includes working area and manager’s offices, while the mezzanine floor serves as a cozy lounge and play area, promoting a balance between work and relaxation.
