Project Brief
Thmanyah headquarters is an ambitious project where media, culture and sports converge, with a goal to grow globally with Saudi identity.
Envisioned on the Sports Boulevard in Riyadh, the project aims to unite cutting-edge broadcasting studios, offices, editorial workstations and public spaces into a dynamic ecosystem for broadcasting, storytelling and production.
Architecturally, it aspires to reflect openness, transparency and Saudi identity through contemporary sustainable design and establishing a new benchmark for creative environments.
