The museum functions as an educational and cultural platform that preserves the legacy of aviation and space science while promoting research, innovation, and public curiosity, integrating interactive technologies alongside exhibition spaces, a theater, educational facilities, public outdoor areas, specialized workshops for training and restoration, and an on-site astronomical observatory.
